You’ll see a “verified” badge under a verified landlord’s profile picture, showing they are trustworthy.
How is a landlord verified?
Online Payment Platform (OBP), a payment service provider licensed by the Nederlandsche Bank, checks the landlord’s bank account and sometimes their identity.
If we have concerns about a landlord’s profile or advert, we might ask for extra identity verification to keep everything safe and secure.
